01Careers

A growing team of operators, each senior in something different.

Nobody here is the best at everything, and that is the point. You work next to people who are better than you at something, which is the fastest way anyone gets better at anything.

We hire people we expect to outgrow the job we hired them for, and then we build the next one around them.

02Open roles

Two seats open right now.

Both sit inside the same operating model: one operator accountable per brand, one system the work runs on, and a specialist team executing behind them. Neither is a channel silo, and neither reports into an account manager.

01

Campaign Manager

Open

Remote, anywhere · Full-time

You run the paid execution layer across every active channel, to an operator’s direction, and you are the reason the numbers move week to week.

What you own
  • Campaign architecture across Google Search and Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Advantage+ and manual), and LinkedIn — structure, naming conventions, and the separation between prospecting and retention.
  • Bid strategy and budget pacing: tCPA and tROAS targets, portfolio strategies, and reallocation driven by the cross-channel attribution model rather than each platform’s self-reported conversions.
  • Audience construction and hygiene — customer match and first-party list uploads, lookalike expansion, retargeting segmented by recency and engagement, and frequency management before saturation shows up in CPA.
  • Structured creative testing: documented hypotheses, RSA asset-level reporting and ad strength, rotation discipline, and a written read on what the result actually proved.
  • Shopping and feed performance where it bites — Merchant Center attribute completeness, disapprovals, and feed-to-landing-page parity.
  • The weekly optimization note in Intel Core: what changed, why, and what happened next.
What you bring
  • Hands in the native platform UIs and bulk tooling, not only a reporting layer on top of them.
  • You can read a search-term report, auction insights and a placement report and say what to do next, with a reason.
  • Enough tracking literacy to know what a conversion action is, why an import differs from a pixel, and why the platform and GA4 disagree.
  • You write the reasoning down, because a decision nobody can audit is not one we can learn from.

02

Brand Technical Operator

Open

Remote, anywhere · Full-time

You own the measurement and systems layer — the foundation every campaign decision upstream of you is resting on.

What you own
  • Tracking architecture end to end: GA4 event schema and parameters, Google Tag Manager in both web and server-side containers, data layer design, and Consent Mode.
  • Server-side event forwarding — Meta Conversions API, enhanced conversions, offline and CRM conversion imports, with event IDs and deduplication that hold up.
  • The attribution model across channels, and reconciling platform-reported conversions against GA4, CRM pipeline and actual revenue.
  • Funnels and landing pages wired to the measurement: message match to the ad, form instrumentation, and lead-quality signals fed back to the platforms.
  • Lifecycle automation triggered by real events and funnel stages rather than time delays, including the CRM field mapping underneath it.
  • Intel Core integration — connecting ad accounts, analytics, CRM and site into one view, and keeping the signal clean as the stack changes.
What you bring
  • You can implement server-side GTM, CAPI and conversion imports yourself, rather than scoping them for someone else.
  • You debug with tag assistant and preview mode, the network tab, and the platform’s own event diagnostics.
  • You work comfortably inside identity and consent constraints: cookie lifetimes, iOS restrictions, Consent Mode v2, first-party data.
  • You can tell a founder why two numbers disagree, in words they can act on.

03Who you would join

A small team that pulls each other upward.

We operate the growth function for growth-stage brands: one operator accountable per brand, one system the work runs on, and a specialist team executing behind them. It is a small group, it is growing, and everyone in it owns outcomes rather than tasks.

What that does for your career

You compound faster here

  • Every decision is documented, so the reasoning is reviewable and the good calls are learnable.
  • Weekly cycles mean you find out quickly whether you were right.
  • You work across whole systems, so your judgment stops being channel-shaped.
  • When someone here gets better at something, it becomes how we all do it.
The honest version

Who this does not suit

If you want a narrow brief, a layer of management between you and the client, or a quarter where nobody checks whether the work moved anything, this will be an uncomfortable place to be. Ownership is the job, not a perk of it.

Quick answer

Metrics Masters hires growth operators: one person who owns both the marketing direction and the hands-on execution for a small number of brands, supported by a specialist team. The team is small and growing, with each operator senior in a different part of the stack. Roles open when a client engagement needs one rather than on a hiring calendar. Two seats are open now: Campaign Manager, running paid execution across every active channel, and Brand Technical Operator, owning the tracking, attribution and automation layer underneath it.

Put the seat in the subject line. If you want it read closely, add one decision you got right and the signal that prompted it. If neither posting fits but the work does, say so and send it anyway.

A person reads these, not a filter. What you send is used to consider you for a role and nothing else: no list, no sequence.
